JOSEPH REDMAN
President

Mr. Redman co-founded Parallel Technologies in 1983. He has over 35 years of experience in telecommunications. His career started in 1970 with the Ohio Bell Telephone Company where he held various sales and sales management positions. He joined the United Telecommunication division of Sprint in 1978 as the Director of Marketing for United Telephone of Ohio. He was named the General Manager of the Northeastern Region of their Utelcom subsidiary in 1980. He left there in 1983 to start Parallel Technologies.
He is a graduate of Ashland College and holds a BS degree in Marketing.

MARTIN B. JACOBS
Executive Vice President

Mr. Jacobs co-founded Parallel Technologies with Mr. Redman in 1983. He was employed by American Greetings as a Systems Analyst from 1976 - 1979. He then joined United Telecommunications as Regional Operations Manager and later became Fiber Network Project Manager for Sprint’s national network. He left there to start Parallel Technologies.
He is a graduate of University of Cincinnati with a BS degree in Economics and in 1976 he received a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations from University of Cincinnati.

THOMAS P. LEWIS
Vice President

Mr. Lewis joined Parallel Technologies as Vice president in 1998. He has over 24 years of telecom experience. He started his career in 1982 with Dallas Communications Corporation as Sales Associate and was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 1983. In 1988 he joined ComNet of Ohio/Inter-Tel, Cincinnati, OH as Branch Manager and later promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He left there to join Parallel Technologies, Inc.
He is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA degree in Political Science/Economics.

DON POLING
Vice President

Mr. Poling was named Vice President of Parallel Technologies in 1999. He has 16 years of telecom experience. He joined Parallel Technologies in 1990 has held various operations management and sales management positions. He was named Director of Operations in 1996 and became an officer of the company in 1999.
He is a graduate of Franklin University with a BA degree in Business and a BA degree in Marketing and of the Ohio State University with a Masters of Business Administration.

JAMIE BAIRD
Director of Sales

Mr. Baird has been employed by Parallel Technologies since 1993. He started his career in 1992 with Actel Global, a network services provider. He started with Parallel Technologies as a sales associate and has held several sales and sales management positions. He was named Director of Sales in 2004.
He is a graduate of the Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications.
