Parallel Technologies today announced it has won ShoreTel’s 2008 Circle of Excellence Award. ShoreTel, Inc., a leading provider of Pure IP Unified Communications (UC) solutions, announced the 2008 Circle of Excellence award recipients at its Annual World Wide Partner Conference. The award recognizes Parallel Technologies for exceptional achievement in both customer satisfaction and revenue excellence. Being named to the Circle of Excellence is the highest partner award given by ShoreTel.

The Circle of Excellence Award is presented to ShoreTel’s top 10 partners based on revenue success and achievement of world-class customer satisfaction scores of 90+ as measured by an independent third party.
