If you’ve been paying attention lately, you might’ve noticed some changes around here. More people. More capabilities. Maybe a few emails signed by someone you didn’t recognize.

So, who exactly is Parallel Technologies?
Parallel has been in the business communications game since 1983—helping companies stay connected with on-premises systems, cloud platforms, contact centers, and ongoing support. They’re employee-owned and built on a straightforward philosophy: technology matters, but building deep, long-lasting relationships with clients is what really keeps the business running.
For decades, they did solid work, kept customers happy, and steadily grew.
Then something shifted.
The Growth Story Begins
In 2023, Bridgepoint Technologies invested in Parallel. That wasn’t just a financial move—it was a catalyst. Suddenly, Parallel had the backing to expand not only in size, but in the range of products and solutions they could support and offer to customers.
The momentum kept building.
2024 brought the acquisitions of Comnet and Perigee Technologies—two smaller interconnects that added expertise and customer relationships to the mix.
But 2025? That’s when things really took off.
Parallel joined forces with BSB Communications, a 42-year-old telecommunications company with deep roots and a loyal customer base. The combination expanded Parallel’s team, capabilities, and reach—making them Mitel’s second-largest U.S. partner at the time.
Turns out, they were just getting started.
Then Came 2026
In April, Communications Resources, Inc. (CRI) officially joined Parallel Technologies. Two experienced teams with serious depth in unified communications, cloud solutions, and customer experience coming together under one roof.
The result? Parallel became Mitel’s largest U.S. partner while strengthening relationships with Intermedia, Zoom, RingCentral, Dialpad, and Sangoma.
