Parallel Technologies, Inc. Wins Best Places to Work Honors in Both Cincinnati and Columbus
Parallel Technologies, Inc. today announced that both its Cincinnati, OH and Dublin, OH offices have earned spots on the respective cities’ annual Best Places to Work lists. This is the eighth honor for Parallel in the Columbus area, and the fourth in the Cincinnati area.
A nearly 15-year long program in both cities, Best Places to Work recognizes companies with the most engaged work forces. The awards are based on the results of an independently administered anonymous workplace satisfaction survey. Parallel is one of 10 honorees in Columbus, and one of 16 honorees in Cincinnati in the small company category.

All Best Places to Work winners are determined exclusively on the basis of their employees’ responses to the Best Places to Work Survey. Employee responses from the 30 standard survey questions, along with the number of employees that respond to the survey, are calculated to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.
