The combined, 100% employee-owned company continues to specialize in communications technologies. Parallel Technologies, Inc. is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio and Perigee Business Technologies is located in Youngstown, Ohio. The company is 100% employee-owned since 2020, with the average tenure of the combined employee-owners of over 20 years.
